After graduating in Law from Clare College, Cambridge, Lee worked for 17 years in business. He moved from strategy consulting into business start-ups and then into line management roles, taking on the position of Managing Director of a software and manufacturing company in 2003. Lee has always specialised in identifying and growing new businesses. In 2007, Lee saw an opportunity to become a property investment specialist. He left his corporate role to focus on property investment full-time and has since grown a substantial property business.

In 2012, Lee began offering a property sourcing and management service to private clients. The business has blossomed such that Berridge Homes is now a well-established property sourcer and manager in North-West England. In 2020, Lee wrote The Dream House sharing his experiences in starting, growing and managing a property portfolio.

Lee is married, has three children and lives in Cheshire.
